【摘要】:ThispartofISO6588specifiesamethodforthedeterminationofthepH-valuedefinedbytheelectrolytesextractablebycoldwaterfromasampleofpaper,boardorpulp.ThispartofISO6588isapplicabletoalltypesofpaper,boardandpulp.Asthequantityofextractableionicmaterialapproacheszero,asinthecaseofhighlypurifiedpulps,theprecisionofthemethodbecomespoorbecauseofthedifficultiesencounteredinmakingpHmeasurementsonwatercontaininglittleelectrolyticmaterial.SincetheextractioninthispartofISO6588isperformedwithdistilledordeionisedwater,thepH-valuemeasuredwillsometimesbedifferent(e.g.forfullybleachedpulp)fromthepH-valuemeasuredundermillprocessconditionsinwhichvarioustypesofprocesswaters,e.g.chemicallytreatedriverwatercontainingelectrolytes,areused.ISO6588-2differsfromthisthispartofISO6588onlyasregardstheextractionconditions.Nogeneralguidancecanbegivenastowhichofthetwoprocedures(hotorcold)isbestsuitedinaparticularsituation.Forcellulosicpapersusedforelectricalpurposes,themethodusedshouldbethatgiveninIEC60554-2(see[4]intheBibliography).
