【摘要】:Thepurposeofthisdocumentistodefineasetofreferencemassesthatcanbeusedasacommonstartingpointforspecifyingtherequirementsforthedesign,testing,deliveryacceptance,markingandoperationofrailvehicles.ItisnottheintentionofthisEuropeanStandardtochangethedimensioningofvehiclesystemcomponentsbythedefinitionofthesecommonreferencemasses.However,whentherelevantstandardsarerevisedornewonesdeveloped,themassestobeusedinthesevehiclesystemcomponentstandardsasthebasisforthedesignshouldbeexpressedasafunctionofthereferencemassstatesdefinedinthisstandard.Untilthestandardsarechangedtheexistingcriteriacontinuetoapply.Thisdocumentcoversalltypesofrailvehicles.Forthepurposeofvehiclemassdefinitionsrollingstockisdividedintothreevehiclegroupswhichare:?highspeedandotherlongdistancetrains;?passengervehiclesotherthanhighspeedandlongdistancetrains,includingmetroandtramway;?freightvehicles(wagonsandfreightmotoredunits).Locomotivesaretreatedaspassengervehicleswithoutpayload.Thespecificationofthetechnicalrequirementsoftherailwayvehicleshouldcontaintheinformationtowhichvehiclegroupitbelongs.ThemassesdefinedinthisEuropeanStandardareasfollows(seeClause2):a)deadmass;b)designmass;1)designmass,inworkingorder;2)designmassundernormalpayload;3)designmassunderexceptionalpayload;c)operationalmass;1)operationalmass,inworkingorder;2)operationalmassundernormalpayload.Thesemassesaredefinedwithrespecttothewholevehicle,buttheycanalsoapplytoaspecificsystemorcomponent.
