【摘要】:EN14607Part5.1ofSpaceengineering-MechanicaldefinedtherequirementsforthedisciplineliquidandelectricpropulsionforspacecraftThisdocumentbelongstothepropulsionfieldofthemechanicaldiscipline,asdefinedinEN13292,anddefinestheregulatoryaspectsapplicabletoelementsandprocessesforliquid,includingcoldgas,andelectricalpropulsionforspacecraft.Itspecifiestheactivitiestoperformintheengineeringofsuchpropulsionsystems,theirapplicability,anddefinestherequirementsfortheengineeringaspects:functional,configurational,interfaces,physical,environmental,qualityfactors,operationalandverification.GeneralrequirementsrelatingtoMechanicalEngineeringaredefinedinEN14607Part1.Thisdocumentappliesonlytoliquid,includingcoldgas,andelectricalpropulsionsystemsusedinspacecraftandtorelatedmechanicalparts.Solidpropulsionforspacecraft,andsolidandliquidpropulsionforlaunchersarenotcoveredbythisdocument.Otherformsofpropulsioncurrentlyunderdevelopment(e.g.nuclear,nuclear-electric,solar-thermalandhybridpropulsion)arenotpresentlycoveredbythisdocument.Whenviewedinaspecificprojectcontext,therequirementsdefinedinthisdocumentshouldbetailoredtomatchthegenuinerequirementsofaparticularprofileandcircumstancesofaproject.NOTETailoringisaprocessbywhichindividualrequirementsofspecifications,standardsandrelateddocumentsareevaluatedandmadeapplicabletoaspecificproject,byselectionandinsomeexceptionalcases,modificationofexistingoradditionofnewrequirements.

【摘要】:Theconditioningprescribedinthisrecommendedpracticeisdesignedtoobtainreproducibletestresultsonthermalinsulatingmaterials.Resultsoftestsobtainedonthesematerialsunderuncontrolledatmosphericconditionsmaynotbecomparablewitheachother.Someofthephysicalpropertiesofthermalinsulatingmaterialsareinfluencedbyrelativehumidityandtemperatureinamannerthataffectstheresultsoftests.Inorderthatreliablecomparisonsmaybemadeamongdifferentmaterialsandproducts,andbetweendifferentlaboratories,itisnecessarytostandardizethehumidityandtemperatureconditionstowhichinsulatingmaterialsaresubjectedpriortoandduringtesting.Note18212;Insomecases(forexample,dimensionallyunstablematerials),thedrymasscannoteasilybeestablishedandoriginalmasshastobeused.Itmaybeimportanttotheuserofthermalinsulationtoknowphysicalproperties(influencedbyhumidity)attheambientconditionsofuse,aswellasatstandardconditionscustomarilyspecifiedfortesting.Insuchinstances,thosespecialambientconditionsshouldbestatedinthepertinentmaterialspecificationsandtestmethods.1.1Thispracticecoverstheconditioningofthermalinsulatingmaterialsfortests.Sincepriorexposureofinsulatingmaterialstohighorlowhumiditymayaffecttheequilibriummoisturecontent,aprocedureisalsogivenforpreconditioningthematerials.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
