【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60749providesvarioustestsfordeterminingtheintegritybetweenthelead/packageinterfaceandtheleaditselfwhenthelead(s)arebentduetofaultyboardassemblyfollowedbyreworkofthepartforre-assembly.Forhermeticpackages,itisrecommendedthatthistestbefollowedbyhermeticitytestsinaccordancewithIEC60749-8todetermineifthereareanyadverseeffectsfromthestressesappliedtothesealsaswellastotheleads.Thistest,includingeachofthetestconditions,isconsidereddestructiveandisonlyrecommendedforqualificationtesting.Thisstandardisapplicabletoallthrough-holedevicesandsurface-mountdevicesrequiringleadformingbytheuser.
