【摘要】:ThispartofPD8010givesrecommendationsforandguidanceonthedesign,useofmaterials,construction,installation,testing,commissioningandabandonmentofcarbonsteelsubseapipelinesinoffshore,nearshoreandlandfallenvironments.Guidanceontheuseofflexiblecompositepipelinesisalsogiven.Itisnotintendedtoreplaceorduplicatehydraulic,mechanicalorstructuraldesignmanuals.ThispartofPD8010isapplicabletosubseapipelinesintendedfortheconveyanceofhydrocarbonliquids,hydrocarbongasesandothergases,liquidsandgasesintwo-phaseflow,fluid-basedslurriesandwater.NOTEAlthoughprimarilyconcernedwithsubseapipelinesassociatedwiththeoilandgasindustry,PD8010-2islikelytohaveapplicationtoawiderrangeofoffshoreactivities.TheextentofpipelinesystemscoveredbythispartofPD8010isshown.ThispartofPD8010doesnotgiverecommendationsforpipelinesonland,whicharecoveredinPD8010-1.Itdoesnotcoverseaoutfalls(seeBSEN752-4)orfluidumbilicals(seeBS5173).
