【摘要】:1.1DescriptionofthemachineThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttoroadheaders,continuousminersandimpactrippers,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeclause4).Thisstandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletoroadheaders,continuousminersandimpactrippersusedintunnellingandundergroundmining.Certainassociatedmattersarenotincludedinthescopeofthisstandard:?thesupplyofelectricityuptothemachine;?theprovisionofacaborsimilaraccommodationforanoperator;?ancillarytoolsandequipmentusedfor,atoronthemachine;?equipmentforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres;?anymethodformonitoringgasesintheatmosphereofthetunnelorotherworkplace;?themethodofcalculationofthedesignofanypartdescribedortheverificationofthis;?loadingandtransportequipmentwhichisnotanintegralpartofthemachine;?electromagneticcompatibility;?pressurevessels.NOTE1Directive94/9/ECconcerningequipmentandprotectivesystemsintendedforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospherescanbeapplicabletothetypeofmachineorequipmentcoveredbythisEuropeanStandard.ThepresentstandardisnotintendedtoprovidemeansofcomplyingwiththeessentialhealthandsafetyrequirementsofDirective94/9/EC.NOTE2prEN1710“Equipmentandcomponentsintendedforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheresinmines”iscurrentlyunderpreparationinCEN/TC305.1.2Thisstandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttoroadheaders,continuousminersandimpactrippers,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeclause4).Thisstandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards.1.3ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletomachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.
